The hotel is situated right in the center of the city, offering an incredible location with easy access to many beautiful spots in Ho Chi Minh City. The rooms, though somewhat small and humid, boast high-quality finishes and great amenities. The service provided by the Caravelle hotel staff is friendly, professional, and goes the extra mile to assist guests. Additionally, dealing politely with even difficult guests shows their dedication to customer satisfaction. The dining experience is excellent, featuring fresh and amazing dishes, while the facilities are top-notch.
Despite the musty smell in my room and worn appearance of other areas, the hotel's service was exceptional and very helpful. The location, although touristy, provided easy access to city attractions. However, the dining experience was hindered by slow service and lack of organization.
